We’ll spend 30–45 minutes discussing your space, how you live in it, and what you’d like to change. I’ll ask questions about your routines, your pain points, and your vision. This is a genuine conversation — not a sales pitch.

Custom Proposal
Within 48 hours you’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, recommended service package, timeline, and investment. Everything is transparent — no hidden fees, no surprises.

Step 03
The Transformation
On the day of your project, Rakelle arrives on time and fully prepared. We begin with an edit phase — deciding what stays, what goes, and where it belongs. Then we install your new system with intention and care.

Step 04
Walkthrough & Support
Before leaving, we do a full walkthrough of your transformed space. Rakelle will show you how the system works, how to maintain it, and answer every question. You’ll also receive a follow-up email with care instructions.
