Not at all. Rakelle and her team handle all sorting and decision-making with you on-site. Just be present and ready to make decisions about your belongings.
The Reset focuses specifically on a single space — your pantry or closet — with hands-on organizing and system installation. The Interior Reset is a broader service that curates your entire space around your color palette, style, and functional needs.
Materials (bins, baskets, labels, etc.) are not included in The Reset or Interior Reset pricing. After our discovery call, Rakelle will provide a shopping list with product recommendations at a range of price points.
You’ll receive a 60-minute virtual consultation where we evaluate your space and define your needs. Following the call, you’ll receive a curated shopping list with direct product links and step-by-step installation instructions.
For The Reset, the base rate covers 5 hours of hands-on work. Any time beyond 5 hours is billed at $100/hr, discussed and agreed upon before we begin.
After you submit your inquiry, you’ll receive a personalized HoneyBook link to review and sign your service agreement, and submit your retainer — all in one secure place.
Yes, a 50% retainer is required to secure your project date. The remaining balance is due the day of your appointment.
We ask for at least 72 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment may forfeit the retainer.
We coordinate all donation runs and responsible disposal at no extra charge, partnering with local Austin charities and recycling centers.
Yes — every system Rakelle installs is designed for real life, not a magazine shoot. She’ll walk you through exactly how it works and leave you with written care instructions.
