General

The Reset is based in Tampa Bay, FL, and serves the greater Tampa Bay area and beyond. In-home services like The Reset and Interior Reset are available throughout the region — if you’re a little outside the immediate area, just reach out and we’ll let you know. And because the DIY Reset is fully virtual, that option is available to you no matter where you live.

We recommend booking two to three weeks ahead when possible, since in-home dates fill up — especially around busy seasons and holidays. That said, it never hurts to ask about sooner availability. The best first step is a free discovery call, where we’ll find a date that works for your timeline.

Not at all — please don’t clean or pre-organize on our account. It actually helps Rakelle to see your space exactly as you live in it, so the systems we build fit your real routines. Just make sure she’ll have access to the space on the day of your project. Everything else, we handle together.

Services & Pricing

The Reset ($1,000) is a hands-on organizing service focused on a single space — your pantry or your closet. Rakelle comes to you to edit, purge, and install an organizing system tailored to how you live, with five hours of labor included. The Interior Reset is a broader design experience for a whole space, curated around your color palette, personal style, and how you want the room to function — covering layout, product sourcing, and a hands-on styling session. Because every interior project is different in scope, the Interior Reset is priced with a custom quote.

Materials (bins, baskets, organizers, and other products) are not included in the service rates. This keeps your investment flexible and lets us choose products that match your space, style, and budget rather than charging you for items you may not want. For The Reset, the $1,000 covers Rakelle’s hands-on labor; for the DIY Reset, you’ll receive a curated shopping list with links so you can purchase exactly what’s recommended.

The DIY Reset ($250) is designed for the hands-on homeowner who wants expert guidance but prefers to do the work themselves. It includes a 60-minute virtual consultation to evaluate your space and needs, a curated shopping list with product links, step-by-step installation instructions, and email follow-up support — so you have a clear plan and the confidence to execute the transformation on your own.

The Reset includes five hours of hands-on labor. If your space needs more time, additional hours are billed at $100/hour. Rakelle will always check in with you before continuing, so you’re never surprised — you’ll know exactly where things stand and can decide how you’d like to proceed.

Booking & Process

HoneyBook is the platform that keeps your booking smooth and organized. After your discovery call, you’ll use it to receive your custom proposal, review and sign any agreement, handle payment securely, and stay in touch throughout your project — all in one place. It simply makes the behind-the-scenes part of working together easy and professional.

Yes — a 50% retainer is required to secure your project date, with the remaining balance due the day of your appointment. Everything is handled securely through HoneyBook, and the exact amount and terms will be clearly laid out in your proposal before you commit, with no hidden fees.

Life happens, and we understand. We ask for at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer your spot to someone else. Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment may forfeit the retainer, though it can usually be applied to a rescheduled date. Your full terms will be spelled out in your HoneyBook proposal before booking.

During & After

During the edit phase, we’ll sort everything together into keep, donate, and discard — and you’re always in control of what stays and what goes. Rakelle can bag up donations and discards neatly so you’re not left with a mess, and she’s happy to point you toward local donation options in the Tampa Bay area. This is a judgment-free process from start to finish.

Absolutely — that’s the whole point. Every system Rakelle installs is built for real life, designed to be maintained rather than just admired. Before she leaves, you’ll get a full walkthrough showing how everything works, plus a follow-up email with written care instructions and access to support afterward, so your space stays beautiful and functional long after the reset.
